Attaching the electrodes of knowledge to the nipples of ignorance.

While the post name unintentionally (honest) draws from Babylon 5, it actually is the case at the moment.. Tonight has been a very quiet night. No one is online (in my iChat, anyway), email has been quiet, and I’ve been on a marathon FCP editing session for about five hours now. It is going well, but slowly…

But I am frustrated by the heapingly overflowing todo list, much of which needs to be done now, but there is no budget to hire on help.

I could skip all the Christmas stuff, but that wouldn’t do – I actually like my family *and* Tracey’s, and I do not get to see either group frequently.

So, I’ve decided that Thursday will be a two weeks long. I know, I know, that throws all your holiday plans. Well, tough.

I’ve been trying to stick to a schedule, of sorts – doing email and admin stuff through the day and working on programming and editing at night – the problem is, it doesn’t leave much in the way of time for sleep.

I feel like I could sleep for a week, which is why Thursday is going to last two weeks. One week to sleep and one week to catch up.

Speaking of sleep.. I’m outta here.

Well, the we’ve heard from one of the first recipients of the DVD for Tracey’s Ottawa Centre Class Party, and that they loved it, which makes me feel better.
